Everyone truly wants pirates to be viable, but the honest truth is: this is a garbage deck
Is Oily Pirate viable ??? Still figuring out how Rogue is viable post tgt.
this is the final product i got... doing pretty well in ladder
Care to share some thoughts? Playing your list with 0:3 score, so I am definitely doing something wrong...

You need Cold Blood and Assassin's Blade.
double bucaneer & southsea, and only one prep-sprint, too many dead draws tbh. bucaneer isn't that good, try to fit ass. blade in, and probably cut preps
Must have put(?) some real dedication to write such a depth-lacking and ultimately bad comment.
Skycap isn't good enough sadly. Pirates are not sticky enough. You should replace it with Loatheb. Also not sure about Sprint and Preps.

Really cool deck, however since it's aggro you kinda need some more minions for consistent drops. cut a spell or two and add some sticky support minions so you don't end up conceding the board early, that'll help getting Skycap'n Kragg out there earlier as well.
My suggestion would be to cut one Blade Flurry and put in Loatheb.
