The deck he was playing on stream last night and no one could get their hands on the list. Here it is in all its glory.

Mulligan for ramping tools like innervate or wild growth/nourish or defensive cards, for example wrath or keeper. The idea was to ramp up to ridiculous amounts of mana very quickly and drop huge threats.

The bloodmage + startfall combo is to instantly clear patrons with one AOE and the starfall + poison seeds to gain back an unwinnable board state.

Finally, the healing touches and tree of life are there to prevent an early death against aggro and to essentially stall the opponent as you slowly beat them down with your huge threats. 

Sneed's and Emperor can be interchanged depending on one's personal tastes, Kolento preferred using Sneed's but in my opinion Emperor allows me to play the cards in my hand.
