Thx for this deck. Tried this boss about 30 times with Warlock and Shaman. Kill him on 2nd try with this deck

I think this is the best deck for Heroic Maloriak. One shot, one kill :)

Thank you, very satisfying win. Like others I tried the warlock and shaman bloodlust deck, but it get me no where. Freeze Nova should be added.

ok... what I want to know is WHY do all the other Maloriak decks have high ratings????  They ALL SUCK - this is the only one that worked!  2nd try also.  I spent dozens & dozens of games on the stupid rogue deck, priest variations, and that warlock.  This deck is the ONLY one that came through.  good riddance maloriak

My changes:

-2 Sorcerer's Apprentice +2 Mad Scientist

-1 Vaporize, -1 Pyroblast +2 Ironfur Grizzly

-1 Hogger +1 Sunwalker

-1 DR.Boom +1 Flamestrike.

First time win with this changes.

The idea is to try to use the Duplication and Mirror Entity on his Sludge Belcher's and to maintain board control. I was lucky that he didn't use his Abberations in the first 4 turns. Eventually he will run out of cards in hand.

My changes were

-2 Sorcerer's Apprentice +2 Mad Scientist

-1 Vaporize.

-1 Pyroblast

-1 Mind Control Tech

+1 Flamestrike and +2 Frost Nova

Explanation:

1) You dont want two mind controls, if he has 4+ minions either youre screwed and there is no comeback or you can use one to turn the tides of battle.

2) I was losing a lot due to bad draws / mulligan and sometimes even with the right cards at hand he overwhelmed me with charge or 4 damage Imp-losion. So, Sometimes I need one or two rounds to stall to setup my board and clear his and Frost Nova

Do its job.

ex: Faceless manipulator into a beefy Ghoul + frost nova.

Here is the plays he made + my plays, im sorry its not in order but at least you might some idea of whats happened in the game.
Note: He did not started with coin + release combo.

This change is what let me beat him. Second time through actually.

Wow! after 30+ tries with both warlock and priest I beat him on the first try with your deck! Thank you! I didn't have Hogger or vaporize so I used 2 Ice barriers instead. I faceless'd a huge fleasheating ghoul and stole another with sylvanas that carried me to victory. Flame strike + the ghouls were the key. I didn't even need KT or Boom :D. Mirror entity helped a lot too bc you get his buffed minion and it happened to be a mad scientist to pull another mirror entity out for me.
