Thank you!!! After many desperate attempts with the Priest deck, this deck finally brought salvation upon me. It took me like 10 attempts to win, but that feels like a first try win after all those futile fights as Priest. Can't thank you enough. Deck's still valid in 2020.

Thank you so much. Tried so many games with the Priest deck and either I was awful at using it or it was bad. It took a few tries to get the right mix of cards, but it seemed very good once it worked. I also subbed for some things I didn't have.  Vicious Fledgling for Unstable Portal and Animated Armor for Molten Giant. Animated Armor kept me alive and won the game.

Got it on 3rd try!

Put in 2x Animated Armor and 2x Arcane Giant in for other stuff i didnt had

This deck finally worked.  Violet Illusionist also works great.  You can sit on the take 3 damage cards.  Questing Adventurer also was a good replacement if needed.

AMAZING AMAZING ABSOLUTELY AMAZING DECK!!!!!!! Beat it first try mirror entity is a must if you get one of the dragon kin minions it just gets built up again and again by him. I would definitely recommend this deck to everyone.

I was pretty sceptical about this deck. I could've never imagined how this spell-based deck could beat his dragonlings, but on 3rd try I managed to beat him without even Kel'Thuzad and Animated Armor. Thank a lot, the hardest boss in the adventure so far.

Where are you getting Animated Armor from? I cannot find it in any packs or in crafting mode?

You get it as part League of Explorers. I don't remember what boss or mode it was for.

First try, Animated Armor did the game, had the board, then Alex and just wiped him, after 20 tries of other decks. Well done!

how did you alex? i just tried two games, one trying to alex myself and one (thinking i read the hotfix notes wrong) trying to alex him, and he just cheesed her off the board both times.

edit: i'm leaving the above visible, because there's something obviously wrong with me. i was just searching out 'heroic kt' on here and this deck popped up, so i built it, not even paying attention. i never realized this deck was intended for chromaggus, i thought the title just meant chromaggus was in it. turns out the deck works on kel'thuzad too, so... yeah... (yay me and this deck!)
