Deck Synergies and Descriptions:

The basics of this deck is to find balance between dragon card synergy value and cards with stand alone value to control the board. Much of this deck is to gain reduced value for cards, clear the enemy board, and maintain card advantage. Another unique feature of this deck is that it includes no cards that would be countered by Big Game Hunter

Basic Replacement Considerations:

The Abusive Sergeantt and Big Game Hunter combination can get rid of other anti-BGH drops with 5 or 6 damage (like Emperor Thaurissan) as well as giving you a card to play on turn 1. Alternatively these two cards can be replaced for Zombie Chow  and another Equality respectively.

Another replacement could be a Sludge Belcher for an Antique Healbot 

The copies of the cards Sludge Belcher and Annoy-o-Tron work to counter rush aggro and have a lot of value with additional copies from Chromaggus

If, however, you find yourself in need of better card efficiency and finding aggro less of a problem, feel free to replace Sludge Belcher with Blackwing Corruptor and Annoy-o-Tron with an additional Faerie Dragon and  Blackwing Technician

Board Clear Synergy

Volcanic Drake works well with the many board clear options. In addition to strandard trading you can get further discount on its value from wiping the board before its play with cards like Muster for Battle and a combination of Azure Drake or Equality and Consecrateur 

Shifting the Board to Your Advantage

In addition to using Aldor Peacekeeper, Truesilver Champion, Ironbeak Owl, and the other methods of board control mentioned above. There are other combination cards such as Hungry Dragon and Mind Control Tech to keep in mind when the opponents board is crowding itself.

Card Cost Reduction Value

A lot of what this deck has to offer is getting more value for your minions because of the many methods that will allow them to have their costs reduced. In addition to Volcanic Dragon effect you will have the effects of Dragon Consort to reduce the cost of the next dragon played and ways to keep Emperor Thaurissan on the board to reduce the cost of cards in your hand after each turn as well.

Draw Value

The other big primary aspect of this deck is card draw synergy with Chromaggus, especially in conjunction with his fellow dragon card Azure Drake and the paladin class card Lay on Hands

Another card to consider that will have synergy in this deck is Solemn Vigil, although it seems it doesn't have the stand alone value when you don't have the luxury to play it with other cards or combos it synergizes with and it remains to be seen how common it actually will be to have with these cards.

This deck has a lot to offer with cards that have great stand alone strength and even greater value when played together.
