Ragnaros hero is very vulnerable to damage at only 8 health.

The point of this is to have a way to actually use the armor ability to protect Rag. While your armor is probably destroyed in the replacement process, you can always use armorsmiths, shieldmaidens and shield block to armor up above 8 health.

You could go above 30 health with ragnaros active.
