This is the deck I used this month to get to Legend. It's pretty usual Ramp Druid with some slight changes.

One Zombie Chow because 2 is too much and I even considered removing him completely but then I get him in Mulligan against aggro and it wins me game. Mind Control Tech is the best! Like Chow, he alone won me some games that I should've lose. Kezan Mystic is the card that I introduced in deck when I was at rank 1 so she didn't see much play. You can switch her up for Piloted Shredder if you want. Azure Drake is here for additional card draw and that sweet Swipe combo. Loatheb to have at least some chance against Oil Rogues and it's good to limit opponent's response when you manage to build some board. Ragnaros the Firelord. Unsung hero. When  I started playing with this deck, I didn't have Cenarius so I decided to replace him with Rag because I desperately needed some finisher beside combo. That's madness, meta is full of BGHs, some people would say, but not me. Rag won me quite a few games. People think that Dr. Boom is the only card they need to worry about so they waste their removals on Belchers and Slyvanas leaving Rag to have fun with his fireballs.

Regarding mulligan:

I guess I don't have to mention to keep Wild Growth and Innervate whenever you can.

Against aggro you would want Zombie Chow and Wrath. If you mulligan Wild Growth or Innervate you can keep Keeper of the Grove or Piloted Shredder.

Against control it's all about those Wild Growths so try to get them, Innervates and Shade of Naxxramas.

Paladin is a special matchup in regard that keeping Swipe is a smart idea.

If you are wondering about winrate, I don't have exact number, but it took me around 150 wins to get to Legend from Rank 16.

EDIT:

I was a fool for removing Ragnaros the Firelord, he is a beast and can work together with Cenarius. I would dare to say he is even better. Sorry demigod. The Black Knight is here because taunt Druid is popular again and I also really hate handlocks.
