A 2nd sprint is also a must in this new kind of deck because u need a lot of card draw to create those sick combos. Gadgetzan is not so good anymore due to his nerf so i recommend 2 sprints. Also a 2nd earthen ring farseer is recommended or 1 earthen ring farseer and 1 healbot. U need more healing due to all those face hunters and aggro decks in the ladder. The pilote shredder is not neccesary in this deck. 

This is a pretty outdated deck and you are right, double sprints is currently better. In the current meta I recommend 1 Earthen Ring Farseer and a Sludge belcher. A sludge belcher also acts as a heal while at the same time fending off a lot of aggression. 

Piloted Shredders depends on the player and their play style. 

I think prince gallywix is too slow in oil rogue. Shade of naxxramas is better than edwin imo. 

He clearly says in the deck description that a viable replacement is Shade of Naxxramas. If you don't have that, then replace it with an Earthen Ring Farseer.

Lorewalker Cho is actually a pretty effective card when used properly.

You can use him to reveal or stop enemy secrets, or you could play spells that are useless to your opponent then his hand fills to max (therefore he begins to vaporise drawn cards and returned minions).

Note: I prefer trade prince Galliwix to reveal enemy secrets.

can i change 1 shiv to sabotage i jus love that card but im new to rogue dont know how viable it is but its pretty ez to combo but not sure about the  mana curve

shiv is generally there for the card draw. if you think you have enough card draw then go ahead

Can i replace Edwin with a questing adventurer ? ( i don't have shade)

You definitely can! 

i personally don't like the gadgetzan auctioneer, and 1 shiv... i've changed my shade of naxxramas for the piloted and the southsea for vancleef let's see how it goes...
