Hi everyone, Im Gyrgontex and i reached LEGEND with this deck. Can prove it....
Strategy:
1) Against agro: At the start you wanna go for Wild Growth , Innervate , Shade of Naxxramas and of course you need removals - Wrath and Swipe. Try to bring game in later rounds, use removals correctly and if you have any possibility take the match in your own hands. This deck can be very agressive.
2) Against control: You dont need removals at the start. Instead of it i prefer to go for Piloted Shreder. Try to play as agressive as you can and create the situation when you can use Force of Nature and Savage Roar to end the game. Try to play always the right move. You have often many options in this deck. Control your and yours opponent card advantage/disadvantage.
Some TIPS: 1) use coin on Wild Growth in first round only if you have Shade of Naxxramas in you hand.
2) Dont play every game same shitty way. This deck is very creative so dont be feared about the play Force of Nature without Savage Roar or conversely. These both cards are strong themselves.
3) You will enjoy playing The Black Knight sooo much! Its really weird that nobody plays him in todays meta. Sludge Belcher is everywhere.
Last words:
This deck has one very big advantage and it is STABILITY. The deck has not any big counters. Worst matches are against Rouges, Shamans and Mages. Great win ratio have I against Hunters, Handlocks, Warriors and Priests. Againts paladin is it 50/50.
So i hope that you will enjoy my deck and i would be glad if you write me your feedback :)
Hi, I think teching in a Harrison Jones would be nice, but I would like to hear your reasoning on why Cenarius is in the deck.
First time running any sort of decent Druid deck. Really loving it so far. It just seems to flow fairly nicely and yet has decent flexibility. I usually always feel like I can do something on each turn and I'm not just wasting it.
One note though, I was missing Cenarius and The Black Knight. I replaced them with a Piloted Sky Golem and Kel'Thuzad. Do you think this is fine? Or do you have better suggestions?
I'm missing Cenarius, Dr. Boom and The Black Knight. Any subs i can use?
Using Ancient of War as a sub for Cenarius, but am not sure what to use instead of Dr Boom and Black Knight
If you're missing more than 3 cards in a deck, especially key cards, you shouldn't be playing the deck at all.
How do you expect someone that started playing recently and doesn't have a lot of legendaries or just doesn't have a lot of cards in general play any deck at all using that logic of yours? I pick w/e deck i like and can mostly build and then try to compensate if im missing some cards.
As a matter of fact im having decent results (from 80-90% at rank 15 to 50-60% at ranks 5-6, first season i ever played ranked) with w/e i subbed the "key cards" with , but was looking for ideas to further improve.
Not to mention that im not missing more than 3 cards...
Simple, we don't expect you to be able to run these decks... new players should build viable decks with cheap cards, not go straight for Legend decks and replace half the cards with things that don't go with the deck at all.
I played this deck from rank 5 to Legend top 200. For everyone that is struggling with this deck. Know that its not the deck but how you are playing. No offense to anyone in particular but this is a great deck
Thanks for making such a shitty deck that everyone is netdecking. ez wins
No offense, but if you're losing then you need to re-consider the decisions you make in your games to account for your losses. You can't always blame it on the "bad RNG"
If you are so "used to" playing Druid then come up with ways to fix it instead of running your mouth about how terrible it is.
Love this deck! I just had an insane lethal: I had two minions with 7dmg total on the board, the warrior had 34hp (with armor), force of nature + double savavage Roar (innervate) = "Hmm, well played" :-)
how to replace black knight?
Cairne, piloted sky golem?
I personally like the idea of having either dr. boom and ragnaros or kel'thulzad and cenarius - its best to either have multiple bgh targets or none. Nothing makes you happier than when your opponent bgh's your dr. boom the turn before you play ragnaros but also just having 0 targets for bgh is really good in the current meta where just about every deck runs at least one bgh.
i have cenarius and i actually have rag sub him
sky golem is underrated. it's a good sub
this deck is so fun, and so well balanced, tho the key is of course draw into ramping... then it all goes smooth as baby butt :D thanks for sharing!
I run this deck with out a black knight I run MCT instead of the BK. Sitting at rank 2/3 stars
hi whats MCT? thanks
