I created this deck in response to the amount of Tempo Rogue decks there seem to be currently. (However, Heal Druid will make you sad. Accept that one :-P )
It does particularly well against Rogue and Mage decks in part due to the sheer amount of face damage it outputs. (assuming you can get a good start and keep up the pressure)
Against Big Mage, they simply don't have time to get their giants online before you crush face.
General Guide:
Look for the Town Crier or the Deckhand (if you are going first) to start. Make only the minimal and value trades - or to remove taunts etc. Redband Wasp and Inner Rage are your best friends in the early game (along with Frothing Berserker for backup). a 2-mana 6/2 is terrifying for the opponent. :-)
Nobody expects to see the Arcanite Reaper any more. And even better, the Sul'thraze (which is perfect for clearing Dread Corsairs against Tempo Rogue. Using either of these with Upgrade can be devastating.
As cheesy as it sounds, look to go face as often and as much as physically possible. You can (usually) pretty much ignore the board for the most part of the game. Taking damage will help your Mortal Strikes do more damage to finish the opponent off.
Finally:
I've been playing this deck extensively now and it's taken me pretty consistently from Rank 5 to my current Rank #1. And it shows no signs of slowing down.
Mortal Strike are devastating against Rogues because they will often get you down to 12 health with their cancer Waggle Pick. Use the added Acidic Swamp Ooze to screw with their tempo plans. It's brilliant!
Legend rank seems a piece of cake with this deck now! :-)
Does this not run ouf of steam very fast? Alot small cost cards which need another card to work
Depends on the match up. Against control warrior (and maybe Control Shaman) it can (and will) run out of steam. Against most other decks in the meta, it destroys them before they get a chance to react / regain the tempo, etc.
I've updated the deck slightly again to make it even better against the current meta. The addition of the Dire Wolf Alpha gives you some extra early game tempo, as does the Acidic Swamp Oozes against non-weapon decks. The oozes also prove a big hit with dealing with Rogues and their annoying Waggle Pick. It's perfect for using their own tech to remove their Dread Corsair taunts. :-)
Hey, dude! Nice deck. I was trying something like this but much greedier, so I took your idea after reading your post last day and decided to give it a try. I'm still just using in casual, but, man!!! Its trampling every opponent.
I just made a few adjustments cause I felt it's a fast deck and needed more minions.
I took out both Inner Rages, Grommash (love him, but too slow for me, and also you have many face damage cards, so you can finish the game) and added another taskmaster, another militia commander and one Battle Rage (one or two drawed cards help a lot in this kind of deck)
Anyway, I'll try it in Ranked mode later and will give you a feedback (I'm in rank 10 and facing many control decks, so this will be the real test)

Been thinking about taking out Grommash as well. Not sure yet. Wil be keen to hear how you do in your tests :-D
I don't have Sul'thraze and Grommash Hellscream.
What can I replace them for?
You can replace Sul'thraze with something like Gorehowlif you have it.
Grommash isn't vital in this deck and is really just a finisher. A second Argent Commander will work (or even that 5/2 charger minion (for 6 mana) - I forget her name. She's a basic card.
Or even a second Gorehowl would work - you just need that last burst of damage.
Without Sul'thraze though, you may find you need a way to clear away taunt minions somehow. (Which is it's best function). Maybe even something like Spellbreaker might work?

Slightly updated list now that I have tweaked it a little more.
Considering adding a Battle Rage or two for card draw as running out of steam seems to be this deck's biggest real weakness.
Swapped Dr Boom out for another Arcanite Reaper. Feels a bit more consistent now.
Can outrace Mech Hunter aggro too which is nice :-)
