EDIT: Depending on how many times you've needed to use Acidic Swamp Ooze and whether you've been drawing multiple Bloodlust, you may want to replace the Acidic Swamp Ooze and 1x Bloodlust with 2 copies of Ghost Light Angler for a more consistent gameplan. In fact, I will update this list once I've had a chance to confirm that it's an improvement.

This is a very powerful budget deck, probably the best deck this week. In this version, we are using some very useful tech cards to counter the current meta decks, including one copy of Earth Shock and one copy of Acidic Swamp Ooze to counter Rogues' Waggle Picks and Warriors' Wrenchcalibur.

This deck also runs the very powerful Storm Chaser which may other budget Murloc Shaman builds overlook. This card is decently statted for its strong tutoring battlecry, and lets us search for either a game-ending Bloodlust or a Rain of Toads (another underrated card for budget Murloc Shaman) if we need to stall or generate tokens.
