To explain for you:

The decks are switched at the very beginning of the game. The option exists to switch back with a 5 mana spell. Theoretically, you get some of your opponents cards that are viable to play before turn 5, while your opponent just gets their pre-mulligan hand and spends 5 turns drawing big cards they can't play and whatever spells they get... 

Then, on turn 5 or 6, you switch the decks back again, and from then on out you are drawing exclusively late game big minions. Your opponent will simply not have as many as you, and so every single turn you can play something big -- often with taunt -- and you win this way. 

BTW: It worked well enough for me. 

But if you swap decks, wont they use their own spell to swap back the decks ? Whats the point ?

No - once you swap decks it also burns the card for the opponent so that they cannot switch.

Great Idea. I got Explore Ungoro into swap decks turn 5 and then Iron Juggernaut turn 6...

Would it be a bad idea to include gem studded golems and shieldmaidens? They still won't be able to play them before switch.
