Just wanted to present you the zoo deck i made legend with the last 3 Seasons since :)
Very standart and not hard to play just mully for Imps / UT's
Stream : www.twitch.tv/jazzermertize
Will stream tonight or tomorrow i guess!
thanks ill try that
How do you feel about taking out a Dark Iron Dwarf for a Loatheb? It really helps to lock in a win when you're vulnerable to AOE spells.
really like the deck but having trouble getting through 13 priest just kills thinking of trying to put in hellfire for board wipe late game. Any thoughts?
Best strat / mulligan versus Warriors? And Druids.
They love to coin weapon and wipe out that Undertaker 1st turn...
what program do u use for checking ur games?
I use HearthStats.
You can either enter in your matches manually, or download the program to keep track of them. It's good stuff.
is track-o-bot
Are people still having good success with this deck?
I only question this because I have (unlike last season) all the cards, and feel as though I'm playing this deck almost flawlessly, but I'm still getting beat. Some games are just hilarious to play, the opponent has no means to take care of things like my Undertaker and the rush in general, but when I don't get UT, and it buffed; it's tough.
Is buffing the Undertaker a must past rank 10? Obviously you want to, but people run a lot of things now to negate that of course.
I'm just wondering if I'll hit legendary this season. I see some have commented that they have... but I just don't know how. Some games just seem like I cannot win regardless if I don't start with the perfect hand.
It's consistent because it doesn't run crap like power overwhelm, mortal coils etc which can get stuck in the hand with no targets or you have a starting hand full of them with no minion drops. If you get a starting hand of soulfire, dwarf, defender, that's hardly the deck's fault because you can get that kind of hand with any version of zoo as all versions run those cards.
Your main problem is probably treating this as a rush deck when zoo should be about board control.
Geat deck, thanks!
I know a lot of people are talking about the Zombie Chow/Leper Gnome debate. But why not run both? I'd say take out the 2 Voidwalker for 2 Zombie Chow. It is just such a great board control card, plus the amount of turn 1 Undertaker + The Coin+ (Deathrattle minion) starts that you get will literally (statistically) double. I've been running this for a while and I've had some pretty good success.
Taking out an Ironbeak Owl for Loatheb is a great idea as well.
Been going from deck to deck, finally bought Naxx and completed the wings.
So, is this a "Legendary" viable deck? No nonsense... is it? Spent money on a shaman deck that just wasn't cutting it. Hit Rank 7 last season (my first season playing) with the old Zoo lock deck but was facing this deck essentially which knocked me down.
Also, what to mulligan for? Undertaker / owl / leper?
Used this deck to get to rank 14. But now, that's all there is, Warlocks...w/o exaggeration. I've played 5 Warlocks in a row at rank 14...and all of them just slammed this deck (and none were using this deck).
So while it is a decent Warlock deck, it is not "consistent" as a ladder deck. There are far better Warlock decks out there for that.
I really need a replacement for the Undertaker (just have 2 wings on naxx)
There really isn't. But elven archer does well in zoo if you really must.
If you lack Undertaker, you don't want to use this build of Zoo *at all*. This particular build is optimized for Undertaker, most specifically in its insistence in running either 2x Leper Gnome in the main deck for additional 1-drops, and being married to 2x Harvest Golem and 2x Haunted Creeper as cards that should *never* be taken out not just for their efficiency but for their obvious synergy with Undertaker. A Zoo deck without Undertaker is just built very differently from the bottom up - quite literally, in terms of mana curve.
If you have no Undertaker, you can do some interesting things still, though. It may not be the most optimal build but it has the added advantage of confusing their removal somewhat, as they may save their top removal spells for Undertakers that are never coming.. But anyway, you can stick Argent Squires back in, for one thing (I miss those, actually) which are much better cards than Elven Archer *or* Leper Gnome, for that matter, for Zoo 1-drops. With the Argent Squires you can also look at potentially subbing a Blood Knight into the 3-spot and having it be strong in a number of ways. You *may* want to take out the Leper Gnomes, too, and go for more 2-drops overall. Zoo functions just fine with Imp/Voidwalker/Sergeant/Squire as a core of 8 1-drops. Look at the Zoo builds people were using in August and September before Undertaker became truly pervasive. If you have the cards you could go to a 2x Void Terror/2x Power Overwhelming build, too.
Please, just, anything but throwing Elven Archers into a Zoo deck optimized for Undertaker O_O
I'm using Power Overwhelming instead of Undertaker because idk what else can replace it and it is a nice egg-killer/finisher.
Not really convenced about this deck. 5 wins 5 looses against different hero's.
This is the exact same deck Kolento was playing a couple days ago, but he actually had -1 Owl +1 Loatheb, and is the same version I play. 2 owls are never too many, they can always silence a Belcher, but 1 may be enough.
Did anyone else notice he played against Kolento if he wasnt fake? *first screenshot*
