Using this deck too climb too legend this season currently rank 3 second day. Lost 2 games from rank 10-5. This deck is pure cancer but actually takes more skill to play then the other hunter decks which is still so little skill that a retarded monkey could get legend with it. Only thing i need to do when playing this deck is spam hero power and go face with everything. After playing this deck i have no clue why hunter is still a class in the game, Its broken af.
Update:
My Legend Story:
Priest with 7hp, I have 2 Arcane Shots in my hand... need to draw 1 damage for since turn 7. Turn 10 I draw Loot Hoarder... What do I do, play it then Arcane Shot it, and Pray to RNG gods... Drew me a weapon for Exact Damage...
First Time Legend, Easiest Climb I ever had... I like... Even beat a warrior during my Rank 1 climb :)
Thanks for the DECK!!
Can someone help me play this deck? Do I just go for face only and ignore the board? When I do this I find I get owned or run out of steam and the opponent comes back. What should I be killing on the board?
Although haven't used this deck in ranked play, it kills almost every time in casual, usually opponent doesn't know what hit em. Pew pew to face, opponent left dealing with minions the whole time. Only stopper I've come across is druids with those big taunts. Absolutely love playing this for Hunter quests, makes them quick and easy.
good deck. I became legendary with this deck. 10 days near 100 games .
changes :
-1 loot hoarder - 1 leeroy jenkins
+ 1 bloodmage thalnos + 1 arcane golem
thx Xzirez
What is the reasoning behind the Haunted Creepers? Wouldn't Bluegill Warriors fit the style of the deck better?
Sticky minion that activates both undertakers and kill commands.
Meanwhile I threw the decklist quiet a bit, that it may not be the same deck anymore all together, but if you worry about board controll in face hunter, you are playing the deck wrong, it really is aggro at it's peak, you dont want to handle his board, you let him do it, only deal with his threats if you have to,
The things I changed, and why:
-2 Loot Hoarder, Yeah, this is a deathrattle enabler, yeah this is good, it draws and keeps you going, and probally one of the hardest choices to cut, but I get back to why later.
-2 Animal Companion I kinda have mixed feelings about this, but in the end it's random, and RNGsus just Fks to much with concistency.
-2 Arcane Shot I didnt really like this card to start with, it's just another hero power, that can target a minion, wich you mostly don't want too
-1 Knife Juggler Read Animal Companion, again blame RNGsus
-1 Wolfrider Direct switch with Arcane Golem for earlier mentioned reasons.
+1 Arcane Golem Direct switch with Wolfrider for earlier mentioned reasons.
+2 Dire Wolf Alpha I said this in my earlier post too, I prefered this above Knife Juggler for a couple of reasons, it has an instant impact on the board without randomness, it goes great with charge and value trades (altho you should avoid doing so) it's a beast wich is important for some cards, and about to get even more important,
+2 Timber Wolf With the increased rate of beast, this will net you more damage then an Arcane Shot, also combo's greatly with beast tokens
+2 Webspinner This is my in for Loot Hoarder, this triggers deathrattle too, but it increases your 1 drops, to boost aggressive plays, also it's a beasts and it nets you a beast, wich ofcourse is dependant on RNG wich I don't like very much, the 1 mana still makes this a better choice I think.
+1 Snake Trap This card I have some doubts about, it's an extra 3 free damage, and possible more with Timber Wolf.
With these changes, the curve changes too, the Arcane Shot wich costs one, but should never be cast on turn on becomes an actual 1 drop, and 2 more one drops are in now, also with 2 less 3 drops the odds(consistency) of having them is higher, (good plays would be Undertaker + The Coin deathrattle, or Undertaker, turn 2 two 1 mana deathrattles, or in the beast theme, dropping Timber Wolf can add some real damage to the mix too.
With the addition of Timber Wolf and Dire Wolf Alpha I upped the thinking part of a rather no brainer deck, but in the end it works out well for me.
I hope you people like these changes aswell, and there is no harm in trying right?
Let me hear if you tried them and liked them :)
I like your extense explanation, it's realy clear. But could be an option to create your own spot and post the link? so you can keep updating and we can read it easier?.
I'm having good success with this list and i have found use for most of the cards you're taking out this far. Not claiming the best or optimal cards right?. Im sure I´ll try your sugestions as soon as I stop climbing as fast as im doing now (today went from 14 to 9 very fast indeed)
Thanks for your sugestions and explaining how those improve those hard matchs will be appreciate.
Not sure if this was what you ment, but you mean like this?

Indeed, thanks a bunch and i take time to invite other players to have a look at both articles as i found them very useful.
Thanks again bud, your decks always are good and on time. Playing this updted list and having lot of fun and success. As ALL decks there are counters and bad luck! but it works great. I found my self doing board control and finding is not the way. My rule is: First Face, if there is any realy realy dangerous that itneeds a trade (like Knife Juggler) and i dont got lethal, trade, in doubt... face.
Terrible deck IMO. As soon as you hit alittle resistance like Taunts you come to a screeching hault! Priests destroy this deck along with Warriors and other Hunters who run flares.
I had no idea who ever your referring to played this. I decided to play aggro at the end off last season and played this list minus 2 cards then switch it about 2-3 times before i made this. If someone is playing this deck its because they same as me see these cards in combination is good. I never claimed Token miracle as my own people have been playing that since 2 seasons ago. I never said this deck was mine either the concept off aggro hunter is many months old and the lists that time were almost card for card same as this one minus the naxx cards. I don't know who said all this shit but i never said any off this.
This deck is Really cancer :D Just replaced Leeroy with Argent Charger (with divine shield) works nice, ty for sharing !!
Since people have been asking for a guide i will make one. I think the deck is pretty straight forward but a guide is always nice.
this is the aggro hunter variant i was looking for! just took it from rank 12 > rank 9 on EU. (no luck using this deck on NA, too many control warriors...) Also, I dusted my Leeroy on EU after the nerf, so I'm subbing him with another arcane golem.
To answer some of the questions by other commenters, there is a fine line about when to go for face and when to deal with the board. There are "priority" minions to deal with in each class, but it's a matter of whether you actually need to deal with them or not. Take priest for example. Since the deck is full of rush and does fine getting that damage in for one turn, You can let that Northshire Cleric live on turn 2 and he can waste his turn 2 healing it to draw a card. Meanwhile, you're getting damage in on turns 1, 2, and 3, and hopefully finish the game by turn 6 or 7. Always save owl for belchers, unless you're facing an aggro mirror, in which case I'd use it on either an undertaker, mad scientist, loot hoarder, webspinner, or a taunted minion, depending on the situation.
BTW, the arcane shots are just like a priest's Holy Smite, so feel free to use it on a minion and not face if you have to. (Get rid of that pesky knife juggler/flame imp/taunt minion).
Man, thanks for sharing some tips on play style... I was wondering if it was really worth it to trade or not sometimes, but it turns out with this deck and so much rush, that trading smartly and keeping the board clear always ends up on a solid win, vs a constant face were you depend so much on good draws :)
Specially vs aggro decks!
Is this all to the face, or do you trade up with value similar to zoo? (abusive is why I inquire) It is prob a silly question because a lot of these minions have low health.. but I have been playing this as my super aggro variant and it seems very inconsistent. the deck can deal with a few taunts, but not belchers or low hp taunts after owls have been used. everyone is coming back with just a little hp, can't seem to squeeze out the dmg fast enough. Top decking, etc. Not fun, lost a lot of ranks, it is definitely my fault sometimes, but there is a high probability of getting cards in an un-winnable order.. I am a fan of the super aggro genre of decks, I am trying to get them to work for fast wins, but at the end of the day its all luck.... I see myself losing sooo many games because I didn't get the right animal companion either.. Which is just not cool.
learning to mulligan correctly and playing the first few turns is essential to win with this deck. given there are unfavorable matchups (control warrior, ugh), but other than that, it should be winnable
Just gave this deck a test run and i went 1-3. I know i make misplays since I'm still new but is there a good substitute for something that can give more draws. With all the low cost its easy to burn through cards in my hand. Unless someone has key points i can learn.
