Mulligan:

always keep: Candleshot, Tracking, 

vs aggro: Doomsayer, Explosive Trap, Wandering Monster, Eaglehorn Bow, Unleash the Hounds, Wing Blast

vs control: Hunter's Mark, Freezing Trap + Lesser Emerald Spellstone, Deathstalker Rexxar, Stitched Tracker into Azalina Soulthief or Azalina Soulthief

when you have good mana curve: Animal Companion, Stitched Tracker, Flanking Strike

Card Replacements:

Azalina Soulthief -> Savannah Highmane, Houndmaster Shaw or Tundra Rhino

Deathstalker Rexxar -> Savannah Highmane, Houndmaster Shaw, Tundra Rhino or any high value card 

Cards that might be included:

Houndmaster Shaw or Tundra Rhino - for synergy with Spellstone

Swamp King Dred - Big beast that can protect you

Lich King - a ton of value but it's a little bit too slow

Sidenotes:

It's not the best idea to replace Azalina Soulthief or Deathstalker Rexxar because this deck will loose a lot of value.
