Drawing four cards with Sprint is always fun, but the problem of course is losing tempo. Two cards from KnC help solve exactly this problem, Arcane Tyrant & Fal'dorei Strider. Not quite full on Mill-Rogue or Tempo-Rogue this deck aims for a long game and has some great tools in combination with Vanish to gain life, assassinate, or put more 4/4s in your deck. Needing to go long means the deck has to prepare to beat Cubelock & Raza Priest. Sap helps fight Voidlords and is great coming off a Sprint. Harrison Jones is including for exactly the Skull. Against Razakus Priest the deck includes a Kingsbane package with Leeching Poison & Valeera the Hollow.
