He is fully scripted and recruit the following minions right in the next order:

  2.  Millhouse Manastorm
  3. Starving Crab
  4. Flamewreathed Faceless
  5. Earth Elemental
  6. Cairne Bloodhoof
  7. Swamp King Dred
  8. Ragnaros the Firelord
  9. King Krush
  10. Tyrantus

Once again, i never saw him miss that order.

Hint: it is easy just to rush him face, BUT if you manage to kill all his minions, and survive, without making him any damage, including the damage from Starving Crab, he will spawn Sunken Chest. And that can be your win condition on the next bosses. Tad's Pole is really great.
