This is a deck of manipulating life totals in order to do powerplays to win the game.

Every card in the deck can be overefficient for its manacost, and you have a crazy amount of cycle, which in turn allows you to be prepared for anything.

You can play this deck as a classic handlock in control matchups, or as an antiaggro deck in those matchups.

Bloodbloom + DOOM! on any kind of board with 3 or more minions is crazy, and you have more than enough heals and powercards to capitalize on the 2 mana boardclear and handrefill.

List is not refined yet by any means, so if you have suggestions/critique i would be happy to hear it.

Edit: Swapped out 1 DOOM! and 1 Faceless Shambler for a Hellfire and N'Zoth, the Corruptor. Shambler was often a win more card, and the extra aoe helps boardbased matchups.

N'zoth is waay too strong to not play him atm. bringing back 2Voidlords seals the game more often than not.

Edit, the second: After refining the list and grinding for 3 days, i hit legend on the 27th.

List of changes:

  • -2 Violet Illusionists, +2 Dirty Rat; Illusionist rarely does enough, and rat really helps against Razakus in particular, but druid does not like their Jade Spirits or Jade Behemoths getting ripped either, and against aggro its 6 extra health for 2 mana, whats not to love.
  • -Faceless Shambler + Hellfire; while shambler was really good closing out games, it was win more, and the deck only needs to start winning, so the extra hellfire was way more reliable overall
  • -1 Chittering Tunneler +1 Ironbeak Owl; Honestly nothing against the tunneler, but you need a silence in this meta so i swapped out a non-crucial card. Owl was chosen over Spellbreaker since it allows me to start a Defile, and the deck is defending more often than it is pushing.

The deck has good matchups against most of the decks, except big priest which is really rough, with an even matchup against razakus.

Against aggro, Bloodblooming out a boardclear while developing yourself can be hard to stop, and Amethyst Spellstone just so happens to eat Corridor Creeper for lunch. You want to mulligan for Defile, Hellfire, Mistress of Mixtures or Kobold Librarian. You can keep Dark Pact, DOOM! or Possessed Lackey if you already have early plays or aoes.

Against control, you have Mountain Giants for pressure, Bloodbloom for swingturns, and Bloodreaver Gul'dan/N'Zoth, the Corruptor to close it out. Against Jade druid however, you have to accept the fact that you are the agressor, as weird as that sounds. The mulligan here is matchup specific:

  • Against warlock, try to have a mixed mulligan due to how deadly zoo can be, safe keeps include Hellfire,Possessed Lackey and Defile (unless ofc you know he plays some form of control). If you are certain he is control, keep Mountain Giant, Lackey and Rin, the First Disciple.
  • Against priest you want Dirty Rat, Kobold Librarian and Mountain Giant. Rin is usually too slow, but if you have a giant to pressure him, you can keep her and try to win that way. Caution with using the rat though, confirm he is razakus first (any draw minion does).
  • Against Druid, hardmulligan for Mountain Giant and Possessed Lackey. You have to continously pressure him, since he is the one who will get out of control eventually. Once you play N'zoth you are all in, you need to kill him before your last taunt dies.
  • Against warrior its the same as priest: If you don't know what he is playing assume tempo/pirates, and mulligan for anti aggro; Against big warrior hard mulligan for Possessed Lackey, get your tauntwalls up. Once he runs out of threats you win. Unless of course you know its a fatigue variant (if those exist), then you want Rin, the First Disciple asap.

Edit, the third:  Swapped out the Chittering Tunneler for The Darkness, due to trouble with control matchups. It helps a lot in the Razakus matchup, and basically wins the mirror and especially the jade druid matchup. The current jade druid lists need to start casting idols to punch through your tauntwalls, and noone runs Naturalize yet, so the 4 mana 20/20 usually wins the game in 1-2 punches. Against fatiguelocks its kind of funny if you both Rined each other and you drop a literal 4 mana 20/20 on them.

Rank 5 atm after 16 hours of total playtime, so far so good.

Any comments/critique is much appreciated, thank you for your time
