Posted Dec 13, 2018 (Rastakhan)Took 2 of those in a run, for science purposes. They DO NOT stack, nor do they refresh the hero power. Only reason to take 2 of those is to have two guaranteed 1 cost minions in opening hand.
Yes, it has the same effect.
