Seems like a pretty bad card, a 2/1 is not really even a 1 drop.  The added effect is arcane missiles.  I'd say this would be a great 2 drop but an awful 3 drop.

better than knife juggler, pretty insane if you use both in an aggro deck I think.

Fair card. Solid in Arena.

However both cards are not a good arena card to pick. 

Definitely playable, going to use this in Zoo and aggro decks or anti-aggro decks.
