make this card playable please, WAY to expensive

This feels like it should either cost 4 or be a bit easier to activate.

Even if you start with it in your hand it takes a long time for it to reach full power.

 What is it with the rogue cards that destroy a minion all costing 5 mana?

First Assasinate, then Vilespine Slayer, now this!

I tried this card in my Jade Rogue with a lot of deathrattles. You need to draw it early to upgrade it fast; albeit still difficult to upgrade.

I think they can buff this card by:

(1) the Destroy Effect is NOT Random (to act as a replacement for Vilespine Slayer or Assassinate); or

(2) Make the cost 4 because it's Random.

How about Summon instead of Play. Otherwise, everything else would be okay :D

I thought that too! That way Carnivorous Cube will be better and Kobold Illusionist as well. And Nzoth too. Also Taldaram Copy will work very well with that mechanic.

Too late to discuss possible improvements to this card. It wont be changed.

I don't think this is the best of cards, especially for rogue, but I do think we might be overlooking some minor things. Rogue does have enough tools in their kit in order to pretty much eliminate that whole "Random Minion" part, and with Kingsbane out, it's easier to trigger. I think this card is going to be underappreciated until someone Valeera's it and kills your whole board.

Sooooo this works with the Rogue Legendary weapon too, right?? Because it has Deathrattle?? o.O

This is a shame really, for a second, I thought this was the board clear rogue needed, but It's too difficult to upgrade.

Yeah, it's bad on paper, but it could make Valeera the Hollow more playable. Currently the biggest problem of the Rogue DK is the huge tempo loss as you're essentially giving your opponent a free turn. By the time you play the DK, you''ll most likely have upgraded this card at least once, probably twice, making it a decent board clear with Shadow Reflection

and you need to "play" it which mean you have to draw this and hold this dead card for kinda long time.

so what are deathrattle cards? is it minion only? does Journey Below count? or Roll the Bones ?

It should be minions with the deathrattle text only, even if they have deathrattle in their card text it would mean things like that defias neutral with the ''silence a deathrattle minion'' effect would have the requirements. I'd guess deathrattle weapons would count too, not only minions, though we haven't seen the rogue have any of those yet.

I think Rogue's legendary weapon is very likely to have a deathrattle, given how they're trying to push the archetype. Maybe even "deathrattle: return this to your hand".
