Card Clarification
- A random spell from your deck is revealed. Reveal indicates your opponent will see it.
- A random minion is summoned with the same cost as the revealed spell. This works like Forbidden Shaping

I just summoned a 6 cost card from this cards battlecry but the summoned cards battlecry did not activate. If this is normal, i am removing the card from my deck.
That's how that works, a card's battlecry only applies when you play the card from your hand. Since you summoned the minion, but you didn't play it, the battlecry doesn't apply.
Is there a higher chance of summoning a class specific minion? Or does that only works with discover mechanics?
That class-specific chance is a mechanic only available to discover, yes
Shifting Scroll
If there's a sleeper card of this set, this is probably one of them. We definitely could be seeing this card in high cost spell decks, or even tempo decks with a couple mid to high cost spells at some point in this coming meta.
This is the card i look forward the most from what we have seen so far!I see so much potential in so many spell heavy control decks
Whoa, I see potential for another midrange Paladin and Mage build.
Does Ultimate Infestation really need any more synergies?
I love how they add really bad stated minions, making fun decks terrible, like evolve shaman, summoning stone, medivh; making the game a garbage disaster of randomness. you may think you're winning doing those really good trades, and playing tech cards and then suddenly you get screwed by rng.... Nice.
Definitely not a card that fits into any deck. The 1 or 2 decks it's in it will be ok.
Probably too slow. Odds are you won't get anything from this card that will stop triple-keleseth'd pirate rogue from humping your face.
Actually I haven't seen anything in this set yet apart from priest's new dragon that stops aggro from continuing to be the dominant force in the game.
Highroll druid has fallen in love.
Now the 8 mana mage spell is gona see play.... Right?
Yes, ofc everymage deck will run it.
Hearthstone is getting Gwentified and i love it.
Most of the best spells in the game are cheap utility spells. So for this 6 mana 4/4 to be good it needs to summon something along the lines of a 5/5, we'll round down and call that a 5 drop (5 drops average more like 5/4 4/5 ish). A deck with the average cost of spells being higher than 5 mana seems pretty clumsy and unplayable, least in the current state of the game.
what'S with all these high roll cards? Wasn't Barnes enough of a shitshow to not do stuff like this again?
Free From Amber and Call of the Wild are going in bigger decks now.
I think there should be a "roll a dice" somewhere in there. JK
It's "less" random than it seems. But you would have to avoid cheap spells in your deck, which seems quite hard.
And the spell you decide to put has to match the minion you're trying to cheat.
Good Trolden potential and meme deck potential tho.
