Yeah it should.

The card doesn't say "summon a RANDOM 3 cost minion", but everyone assumes it is, in fact, random?

 Munchkin was the very first thing I thought of.

I can't wait to see the 3-drops from this expansion. As of right now, there are some good options but many more could come. As of right now the ones I see that are quite good are Devilsaur Egg, Deadly Fork, Drakkari Defender, Eggnapper, Emperor Cobra, Fel Orc Soulfiend,  Giant Wasp, Harvest Golem, Igneous Elemental, Injured Blademaster, King Mukla,, and many more.

There, as of now, are very few bad choices for this so it is quite powerful overall. For standard, I only see around 6 that do nothing for you, whether they live, or die, and will be useless. There are however no cards that are horribly bad, such as Firelands Portal into Bomb Squad. Overall this card has little to no downsides and really only provides for you. Does it outweigh a card like Noble Sacrifice, sometimes but again the new expansion could throw in some new cards to either make this card amazing or a piece of trash.

Its not a discover effect, so of course it will draw other class cards, The only time an rng card doesn't generate other class cards is when it specifies which class it takes from (this one) or its a discover effect.

Bear Trap saw a lot of play, and it didn't even function like Noble Sacrifice

In my opinion it will be a useful card to have in Hunter deck.

"Bad" cards: Mana Tide Totem, Howlfiend, Am'gam Rager, Blubber Baron, Dalaran Mage, Drakkari Enchanter, Imp Master, Moroes, Silverback Patriarch, Stonehill Defender, Alarm-o-Bot

"Good" cards:  Elder Longneck, Crypt Lord, Bearshark, Rat Pack, Shaky Zipgunner, Kirin Tor Mage, Wickerflame Burnbristle, Unlicensed Apothecary, Drakkari Defender, Mountainfire Armor, Arcane Golem, Devilsaur Egg, Emperor Cobra, Giant Wasp, Hyldnir Frostrider, Injured Blademaster, King Mukla, Magma Rager, Scarlet Crusader, Sergeant Sally, Tar Creeper 

I dont think elder longneck would be bad because it would deal 5 dmg to the attacking minion

It's funny cuz he put Magma Rager on the Good Card list, but Elder Longneck on the Bad List, even tho they are both the exact same in relevance to being summoned by this secret.

I originally had both on the bad, I forgot to switch the Longneck lol
