It reminds me of the destiny board card in Yugioh. A little slow but so rewarding if you can pull it off!
Not only slow but Counterspell can completely screw this.
This will be excellent in new control warlock. Will also give a strong utility to both Blood Bloom and Cho'Gall.
...That's 15 damage you are doing to yourself. Your opponent would need to be just sitting there passing turns for this to work. It could be playable in wild where you Reno back up.
Finally a tech card against archbishop benedictus!
benedictus can be a curse onto himself though, i mean, it's like you can thwart your own deck's synergy. He can be very powerful, but I've noticed in control matches that he is at his best when he is played late game, and takes only a handful of the final cards in your deck.
Not so fast! Do you think Anduin would be dumb enough to not hold it in his hand, and also, threr a lot of stuff that priest can do to punish this card, mind visions, silence, entomb oh boi.
If your opponent is warlock, past turn 6, (or really any opponent past turn 0) don't play Millhouse manastorm
If you get this played out before machine gun priest draws their combo, you just win. Game over. And against any other deck, you just play these cards when it's convenient. It's not like you have to build your entire deck around it. This is a single card, that puts more cards directly into your hand, and the rest of your deck can be Zoo, Discard, Control, Handlock; whatever you want.
I like it.
Edit: Also, that's a lot of tempo generated from a single card. Seems great for control decks without a lot of minions. And they're all Demons, so Bloodreaver brings them back.
It's not cost efficient tempo, but the final play is game over for your opponent,w hich is pretty nice!
Violet Illusionist Bloodbloom Cho'gall
Will these cards make the seals faster?
Bloodbloom is the only of them to stay with us after rotation but until then Cho'gall may finally find some use!
Did anyone stop to think that maybe the warlock weapon might help in reducing the mana used to cast spells?
this card is actually good against aggro believe it or not.
It is a taunt and it gives you value over time to seal' out a win.
I can see some funny moments with Moonglade Portal in my mind that is the only way this song will see play.
the 10 mana cost isnt too much for an effect like that, but the real problem is the entire ordeal you have to go through.activating it will take a lot of commitment , and by the time you've done the thing you are going to destroy like 5 cards, and even then you are still gonna lose. Gul'dan on the other hand isn't that bad because summoning atleast a couple of demons even if they are 1/3's with taunt , it swings the game heavily with the new hero power, by making you very harder to kill, which alone in standard is priceless , and in wild it has tremendous synergy with mal'ganis and other wild demons. on the other hand ur gonna need 41 mana commitment for this so uh yea.
