April 2016 Card Nerf
It was announced on April 20th, 2016 that Big Game Hunter would receive a nerf.
- Mana cost increased to 5, up from 3.
Quote from BlizzardBig Game Hunter represents an inexpensive source of removal that is packaged with a minion. It’s efficient enough that some Heroes with powerful Class-based removal cards choose to run the neutral Big Game Hunter. We’re increasing the cost of the card from 3 mana to 5 mana.

It's fine if they nerf Big Game Hunter... But the reason we see him so often is that Dr Boom is in all kind of decks.
Dr Boom will be auto include in all midrange decks in wild, decks that now avoid him because of Big Game Hunter.
Nerf Big Game Hunter means nerf Dr Boom.

Posted Mar 13, 2016 (Explorers)All of Paladins removal is pseudo-removal, though. Humility never sees play, and Aldor, Equality and Keeper all leave the target alive. So if it's a creature like Emperor Thaurissan that needs killed right bloody now or else, then you're usually shit-out of luck. :-/
Hammer of Wrath just doesn't, and never did, cut it when the opponent plays out a Mechwarper or Knife Juggler early that needs to die. Whereas Mage, Warlock, Hunter, Warrior, Rogue, Shaman, Druid, they all have fairly decent 2-cost or less removal spells.

Posted Dec 15, 2015 (Explorers)Stupidest card in the game. It makes me real sad that some new cool cards with unique mechanics dont even see play because its a BGH target.
I think it even deserves a nerf. The value is just too much. You just throw their turn 8-9 out the window with a 3 mana card that is fine to drop without Battlecry against aggro decks.

He have limitated options, look Warrior, he can kill ANYONE in combo with just ONE MANA: Inner Rage+Execute
