This card seems meant for Quest Paladin. I was originally going to just post a meme, but this actually got me thinking. You want to buff its attack so your opponent wants and is incited to kill it. If its attack is equal to 3, for example, when it dies, it could pull out Wickerflame Burnbristle, Brann Bronzebeard, Beckoner of Evil, and many other different cards. 

The ability to cheat minions into play isn't to be overlooked. Some day, this could be broken.

Why would you run Beckoner of Evil in Quest Paladin?

Good card design, but it's really too weak to fit into any deck. Dopplegangster is better. Maybe it could be used in miracle to pull out malygos, but that's kinda absurd.

this card is OP guys do not underestimate it 

it may be, consider that it even without buffs you can pull out surprise Doomsayer, Validated Doomsayer or Lightspawn.
They are all good cards that you would't run for free but if it removes additional card from your deck allow you to easier draw combo.
If there will be Combo Shaman playable I would run this card with Mana Tide Totem, that would remove additional cards and allow me to combo it well.

Why are the majority of Epic cards situational and bad?

Lorewalker Cho, Nat Pagle, and Runic Egg are all sparingly played (Most of them aren't even) are all 0 attack. Only should work in handbuff maybe?

Summon a minion means it gets pulled from your deck. Think Deathlord instead of Barnes.

If you could arrange for Meat Wagon to pull Tar Lord that would probably be the best value play you could make with this card, though it requires an exact attack buff of 1 and not running other 0 or 1 attack minions. So probably not worth doing.

Priests might be interested in this card for fetching Lightspawn or Lightwell, though they will probably just use Potion of Madness on whatever comes out instead of stealing or running Meat Wagon themselves.

It's all about the ideas. If speculation isn't fun for you, why are you reading these before the release?

Well I suppose buff or hand buff Paladins may try to use it... also synergy with Crazed Alchemist and Kooky Chemist
