I think rogues would rather keep their sherazins rather that playing this. Besides, rogues had access to healing and still don't use it.
I can't agree more. As an avid Rogue player i'm super excited to use this guy in miracle. I like Sherazin and all but he's useless against aggro and you're already favored against control without him. Not to mention he curves well with Questing Adventurer and protects it on turn 4. Valanar and Shadowblade might actually give Rogue decent odds vs aggro decks.
I say very good. (For Rogue)
To put a prince in a deck you have to mutilate it, and for the other 2 princes it might be worth it.... but this one doesn't come close to powerful enough to mutilate your deck for.
First thing to say: this is not good in aggro and might be good in midrange, however I think it will be strong in control decks that don't rely on powerful four cost cards (such as truesilver)
Guys, this card is probably better than most of you are thinking it is. First of all, many of the decks I use (and a couple of other decks) only have 1 tech 4 drop or even none. My favorite deck of Ungoro, Control Warrior (yes, control warrior) does not have any 4 cost cards and this would be a nice addition.
Also, Everyone is underrating lifesteal. Imagine if this gets 2 hits off (which is definitely not rare ex: patches plus fiery war axe)... 4 mana 4/4 taunt heal your hero for 8. Is that not a good anti aggro card? And sometimes it will be left alone, healing even more...
How about the opponent just uses swipe / mortal strike / jade lightning on it, A: that is one less removal / face damage spell left to deal with. B: wouldn't most of your minions just get killed by those anyway you play on turn four as a control deck?
Rated Very Good.
This card can be even a normal common card without the 4 mana condition, how it's a legendary??
Saddest legendary ever. Not even meme-worthy like Millhouse.
Also, if this was just taunt lifesteal it would be still bad. Blizzard!
Why are they making these? Seriously, they appear to have run out of ideas and are making these thinking "well, let's just see what happens"
What if there's a secret behind the prince cards? Like maybe you always draw the prince that's on curve? Yeah it doesn't say that in the text, but neither do the quests. That's what I'm hoping for.
Is this worse then gvg hemet? I cant decide
Only good against Priest!Otherwise a really bad-designed card..
PLEASE I DON'T WANT TO SEE ANY OF YOU IN MY PACKS!
Seems bad
I'm hoping some deck master guru out there finds a use for these crap Prince legendaries other than dusting them all. Seems like a gimmick for farther down the road of expansions maybe?
Another one of those legendaries and I am going to lose it. If the 2 guaranteed legendary cards I get from my pre-order (certain legendary within the first 10 packs+pity counter after 40 packs) are useless pieces of junk that don't even add up to the dust I need to craft a decent legendary... thats just not worth it. This card is basically Misha+lifesteal for one more mana and with a crippling condition (yeah I know, you only have a 1/3 chance to get Misha but still).
I wouldn't mind Blizzard releasing all those "if your deck doesn't contain any X-cost" cards over several expansion but all in one just really limits the number of archetypes the new expansion supports.
What happens if I played all cards with cost 4 and then play this? Will it still get Lifesteal and Taunt?
Works off of what is left in your deck. Not what started in your deck.
All the princes are super op in one particular deck that doesn't have 2, 3 or 4 drops
35 legendary deck now op XD

All these useless 'Prince' cards...
Blizzard tweaked the Legendary chances for a reason.
