So in order to benefit from this, you should run a bunch of little minions and bounce effects (Shadowstep, the Brewmasters, f*cking Gadgetzan Ferryman). Can Aggro Rogue benefit from this?

I think you're on the right track. However, I think this deck will be best with wild. Pirate rogue in wild with gang up and shadow steps make it easier. They need to make a rogue card that's super cheap and takes a card puts it on top of your deck otherwise this'll be extremely difficult to be competitive with the other decks. 

Or a mill rogue whit a otk whit small charge minions and cold bloods

What happen when your oponent deals dmg to your board? Do they stay 5/5 if they can't deal 5 or more to board?

What wonders me is: does this also mean that our creatures can't get injured anymore, only one-shoted? 

I don't think so, the quest reward don't mention anything about this. If this was the case, i think it would be a kinda broken quest. But the way it is actually, makes me sad, rogue deserved a better reward for this quest, but someone said that using stonetusk boar and other charge low cost minions could make this good. 

I just don't know, this quest is so strange, maybe only when they release Un'goro we will see what's the best we can do with this quest...

If this quest made for rogue minions would be like the same thing like The Steel Sentinel (The LOE Adventure Boss), with his heroic mode  heropower Platemail Armor that makes his minion suffer only 1 damage point at time, now, that would be a quest (maybe too OP though, but cool and worth reward).

wow man your head was a mess about this quest it was going like in both directions, what do you think of it now? Personally i love it, it's on the strong side but fairly counterable and the quest deck can defeat itself with a really bad draw, i thionk it's more of a luck based deck but without frustrating rng like Piloted shredder dying and giving a dirty rat to your opponent..
