Seems Gluttonous Ooze has taken the 3-mana Ooze role.

Does this mean Acidic Swamp Ooze is due for a nerf? We're in a weird position where Green Ooze is picked over all other weapon removal. It also takes the shine off Harrison (depending on the deck you're playing).

The one redeeming factor of this card is that it means more weapon removal in arena, and weapons are absurdly good in that format so yeah

I was waiting for the card that says "When your opponent plays a weapon, reduce its attack to 1"

Sucks that they opted for this over a different style of anti-weapon play.

With Gluttonous Ooze now in the game this lost what little relevance it had.

I don't see how you can come to the conclusion.   Acidic Swamp Ooze gets rid of the weapon entirely and Bloodsail Corsair removes 1 durability.  

Nevermind that thanks to Journey to Un'Goro we now have the far better Gluttonous Ooze which has the same cost and does so much more it isn't funny.

However it does show that Team 5 needs to step back and really look at how cheap they are making the weapons they add to the game.

Are there even swamps in Tanaris?! 

It's just made to fight those turn 2 fiery war axes and daggers in arena.

wtf are you talking about, it has fine stats, and weapon removal can always have a spot in the meta depending on how many weapons there are. I don't know if this will be used over/with Acidic Swamp Ooze or Harrison Jones, but this is still a fine card, stop being so arrogant just because it doesn't say summon 2 boom bots ffs.

It's not arrogance, really. It's just that I've tried using 4/3's and Bloodsail Corsair before. They do nothing.

Who cares if this card isn't good enough for Constructed. It's great for Arena!

Decent stats for a 3 drop, destroys Truesilver Champion and Gorehowl. Not a bad card but just a boring card. I think this card will see play though if warriors become rampant on ladder

Worgen Greaser

This card at least has an uncommon effect.

True, but at least Worgen Greaser isn't just a worse version of another neutral card. Though I'd say Worgen Greaser is a WORSE card, if not lamer.

This card is sort of like if Blizzard came out with a 4 mana 3/3 Coldlight Oracle that draws one card.
