That card will not be good, no matter how hard we try. Just give up on it, just like Blizzard has given up on Priest.
I just know that I'm never gonna forbidden shaping on 6 mana, with the 2/3 murloc and this guy
You could end your sentence on "shaping".
Shaping 8 drops is quite good, actually.
Control Cthun rogue: eat your opp's big threat and shadowstep this fucker back+so many more neat tricks. The absolute best design-wise card of ONIK.
dont punish youself man... play bgh instead: 1 mana less doesnt require shadowstep to be good
Sylvanas combooooooooooooooooo.
I think we should wait until it'S clarified exactly how it works before we make assumptions.
How does it remember what it ate? Will it resummon depending on whose side it is on. Does it get resummoned by N'zoth or is it like Unearthed raptor where it only accquires a deathrattle through his battlecry?
In any case it is a prime target for evolution effects.
Bliazzard pls... This card will not see any play in any deck at any time. Its just a 6mana 3-3. You cant combo-wombo with a 6-mana card :/
you can use it with silence for good removal.. or use it on your own minion to avoid boardclears
this is an intresting card, i dont know if its good but im sure it will have nice moments.
and for arena its also pretty cool
and think of the deathrattle combos it can do!!
You play Sylvanas Windrunner, you kill it with Moat Lurker, you take control of your enemy's Moat Lurker that killed his Sylvanas Windrunner, they die you get two Sylvanas Windrunners, they die you play N'Zoth, the Corruptor, you get two Moat Lurkers that would give you two Sylvanas Windrunners and two Sylvanas Windrunners that would... stops reading -_-
I'd like to see the Developer's notes for this card, as I highly believe a resummoned Moat Lurker will not remember it's original battlecry.
So - you play Moat Lurker and kill your own Sylvanas, then your Moat Lurker dies. Playing N'zoth would revive Sylvanas and Moat Lurker, but the Moat Lurker will not remember that it killed a Sylvanas. I believe this because the Battlecry doesn't trigger on a resummon. Thereby, when the "new" Moat Lurker dies, it hadn't killed anything with it's Battlecry, so there is no "it" to resummon.
Is there memory in death?
You're probably right in that there isn't.
I don't think so, but I don't think we've had a situation like this before.
damn the more you think about it the stronger this card is.
An infested ninja turtle?
How old is he? If he's under eighteen, then the appropriate term is Mutated or Mutant.
Just to clarify, if you destroy your opponent's minion, it will resummon to THEIR side of the field right?
If it wouldn't, then it'd be stronger than class cards like Entomb.
This + purify to kill an enemy minion, preeeety good
