Wow, free dust? Amazing!
Couldve been 3 useful legendaries instead of 2400 dust..
could've been 3 commons :^)
if he rolled that 1% chance for legendary then no, it couldn't have been 3 commons.
Yay, I got this one along with Mr. Boogeymonster and Sloggoth. Not ideal.
GOD DAMMIT NOT ONLY DID I GET THIS TWICE BUT ONE OF THEM WAS GOLDEN!
I grabbed a golden one as well. I'll wait a month to let the meta stabilize before I disenchant for the dust though.
sorry to hear that. I felt bad with just one.
This is a great mill deck addition, in my opinion the 2 mana 2\4 body often does more than for you then the end of turn effect but having your opponent draw more cards as a mill is just a bonus. As a mill rogue player I was happy when I got this card.
Can't wait to find this card from a pack and get my 400 dust
WTH man! I just opened my 1st 50-55 packs and my 1st 2 legendaries were 2 of these!!! ;( At least I also got 1 Twin Emperror!
JUST PLAYED THIS CARD AT RANK 6 MILL ROGUE! WOOOOOW ITS GOOD!
Although I must admit I was lucky with Thistle tea which gave me 3 darkfishers.
But still. My opponent cried. I laughed as I milled his 32/32 cthun with taunt.
Bottom Line: This card is playable to pull of faster mills. Its a more viable card. I even used gang up on it which made it super annoying along with using my second gang up on coldlight oracle. too strong for C'thun scrubs xD
Try this card GUYS! YOU WILL ACTUALLY BE SURPRISED :D
Mill isn't a thing beyond Rank 22. Follow your dreams.
have you ever even tried playing a mill deck in ranked? it wouldn't seem so...
they generally fail once you get higher rank but i mean if the draw is nice enough you can actually win. Generally though it stops being effective after rank 16-17, and once I hit 9-10 I cant really play anything besides aggro decks or reno decks
It has nothing to do with rank. Mill decks are very onesided decks different from fatigue decks in the sense that mill decks only work against midrange and control. Mill decks of course rape control decks but they do horribly against aggro, especially since the release of standard since we lost deathlord and healbot. Then again i was watching strifecro play against a mill rogue at rank 2 with his midrange shaman and it raped his deck.
I don't think this will be very good, since drawing a single card for your opponent is quite dangerous even in mill/fatigue. However, I feel that these archetypes are most often played as novelty decks and it won't matter so much. It's an interesting card that kind of fits, so it will be fun to mess around with. For many mill/fatigue players, I think that's good enough.
I'm expecting it to feel like Grove Tender. Even for milling, the opponent draw was usually a detriment because it was hard to stack with other draw options. But it was comfortable and did speed the game along.
Never going to craft it and will dust it if I get a golden one, but this is good for my injured (as in no Preparation :() Mill Rogue. It could be much better, though, either a 3/4 or a 2/5. 2/5 costs just one more mana without any disadvantage. Dancing Swords is a 4/4 for 3 mana, definitely a card draw for your opponent. But this is a legendary. So yeah, too weak. But surely fun.
Interesting.
You got to love that Golden Card Art, it looks amazing. Good to see that Mill will have a strategy specific Legendary to their name.
