I will need to craft this golden just cause it's a dwarf... but the card itself... MEH. Not sure it will get much use... for now.
Perhaps if there were more troublesome beasts...
dies to a 2 drop. and only marginally useful v. hunter. meh.
Uh... because that is over a decade old news...
This guy is also a boss from the tutorial. The last one to get his own card in fact.
I just came here to say "Hey, guess what I just realized!" But you already realized it. A long while ago.
This card is still weak even against hunter. At best you kill a highmane which still leaves 2 2/2s, and this guy dies to a bow charge. At worst you kill a haunted creeper?
Those stats. Those awful, awful stats.
I guess Silencing the Beast before destroying it and 5 health was too much to hope for.
The stats are actually pretty decent for a 5 drop, only slightly below vanilla test and if you're opponent has a beast its a 2 for 1. I'd compare this to Stampeding Kodo which is one of my favorite Arena picks. The only problem is this card is legendary so Im not sure I'd pick it over other legendaries.
9 stats for 5 is acceptable on paper, but the distribution is poor. Lots of 3/2s out there, and 3 damage spells. I want this card to be great, but I don't have confidence in its meager health.
Kodo is fantastic, but it also has 5 health, which is enough to powder 2 lesser minions on a reasonable basis as well as survive a good number of popular removal options.
Aye. Less attack and more health would have made this a reasonable tech card like Black Knight.
