- The minion summoned can be any four-cost minion that is collectible. It does not summon from your deck. (Source)

It's finally Pit Lord's time to shine!
And post-Blackrock Hungry Dragon can pilot this thing too, meaning that your chance of getting a 5/6 will have (almost) doubled.
Guys Stop going O.o OP!!!!
Have you taken a look on what it actually can summon? (Said at Blizzcon, Sooo many Great 4 drop cards)
Adding the 2 new ones From this site Enhance-o Mechano Piloted Shredder plus Baine Bloodhoof and Emerald Drake
Correct me if im wrong but so far i found 25 possible Neutral Drops (It dosent really get much better if you add the class ones)
Out of Those 25 drops 10 of them got a battlecry that will not trigger........ That kind of tells me it's a 40% chance to get a most likely terrible card just there.....
Amongst other 4 cost drops you got Old Murk-Eye and Stormwind Knight.... As it's most likely that this card will spawn on the enemy turn the Charge wont do anything...... Another 2 wasted potetials....
Planning on putting this in a deathrattle deck? So far you got 1/25 chance to pull Piloted Shredder On the other hand you could get lucky and pull a extra Baron Rivendare.... If your really good at beating the odds that is.....
anyway my point is your "more" likely to pull a unbuffed Twilight Drake or a Defender of Argus than the 1/25 Emerald Drake (well just as likely i guess... but you catch my drift, there is more terrible cards than there is great ones)
But hey! with Baine Bloodhoof there's in a way duble chance for a Chillwind Yeti..... That should place this card in evry build....
PS: Please link me a vid that goes Piloted Sky Golem > Piloted Shredder > Millhouse Manastorm.... Ooooo. the RNG :D
PPS: Giving it a second thought i don't think Baine can actually spawn off this card.
So basically, what we have here is a Russian nesting doll? LOL.
Funny when you hover the word battlecry on this site.... The effect happens when the card is played from the hand, NOT when the card enters play...
How do you know there is an equal chance to summon, say, Baron Rivendare (legendary) and Piloted Shredder (common)? I admit that Webspinner experience has given me memories of getting The Beast and King Krush more often than I would get if it were using pack-opening rarity rolling, so perhaps you're right, ... if I'm not forging my memories, ignoring the commons and rares for the more spectacular catches... but I wonder if it would be better if they used the pack rarity instead... less bullshit like Doomsayer from Piloted Shredder, and legendaries coming out.
You're wrong, thier are 32 existing neutral 4 drops (from pre-gvg, not including tokens) and another 9 from gvg. 15 old neutrals are decent or good in stats, and 5 in gvg.
Only 8 from both sets are not worth while. (Baron Rivendare, Mogu'shan Warden, Twilight Drake, Old Murk-eye, Dagonling Mechanic, Defender of Argus, Enhanc-o Mechanic, Mini Mage, Jeeves; with Jeeves and Mini Mage arguable about being fine based on how you value their abilities. Mini Mage almost guarantees the 4 damage and has spell power, Jeeves is bad in my oppinion being too situational)
Holy crap, did not consider that possibility!
Am definitely saving my silence for this guy!
it can only summon collectible cards, which doesn't include baine bloodhoof or emerald drake. unless this is listed wrong, it cannot summon emerald drake. the best stats on a card this can summon is pit lord, with a 5/6.
Sky Golem > Sen'jin Shieldmasta, Violet Teacher or Chillwind Yeti seems like the best drops for me
Agreed, probably will see play in druid mostly.
Ramp's bread and butter.
There's also Pit Lord
That'll be a sick drop
Any 4 cost minion? That'd be really interesting.
