Pull the pin, count to 5, then shoot. Then duck.
A total of nine damage for five mana is pretty solid. I still run this in Hunter; so efficient, and it isn't a card you feel the need to play around. Usually catches people by surprise.
I can't make out the artwork. Is that a flaming arrow attacking a red orc that penetrates him and hits another red orc ? Or what the heck is going on.

In the current Meta, I use this as a board clear. you would be surprise how many player forgot to play around this
Basically everyone forgets to play around this, still a pretty decent card especially with people positioning the fatties as far away as possible from eachother!
Card is so rarely seen, players just didn't bother playing around this. Me included.
